Welcome to Team Dakoske!! My 45 years of experience led me to create our collaborative team environment. Our clients become members of our team and family thereby benefiting from everyone’s expertise to reach their real estate goals. Personally, I enjoy sharing my real estate experience, analytical skills, and negotiation strategies as I mentor agents and support our clients.

Having lived in Traverse City since 1969 and raised two amazing daughters here, I provide my clients with a great deal of knowledge about the 5 area counties- Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim, and Kalkaska.

As a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, I have held leadership roles at multiple levels over the years. Additionally, I am a member of the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce. By actively participating in these organizations, I strive to help my clients make educated decisions about buying and selling residential and commercial property.

I am proud to have volunteered my leadership with Grand Traverse area community organizations that work to help those in need in Northern Michigan.
